Join Caren Harrison for a free, five-week soulful vinyasa yoga series at the church on Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm! Caren’s classes blend mindfulness, music, and movement into a grounding, accessible experience for all levels. Each session offers alignment cues, modifications, and amplifications, inviting you to honor your unique body and journey. Come every week or drop in when you can — no experience necessary! Classes meet in the Social Hall.
