Submission Process

How to Submit

  • Upload your audition video to YouTube as unlisted or public, and include the link in your submission form.
  • If YouTube isn’t an option, you may submit a Google Drive link with viewing permissions set to “Anyone with the link.”

Video Guidelines

  • Length: 90 seconds to 3 minutes
  • Content: Music, poetry, dance, comedy, or other talents are welcome.
  • Audience: All submissions must be family-friendly (no profanity or sexual content).


Review & Selection

  • Each submission will be reviewed by multiple members of our selection team.
  • After all entries are reviewed, 15 acts will be chosen to perform live at Epiphany UMC on Saturday, March 7th, at 7:30 PM.
  • Finalists must also be available for a mandatory dress rehearsal on Friday, March 6th.
  • Food and snacks will be provided for all finalists on both days.
  • Those not selected will be notified via email before the public announcement of the finalists.


Timeline

  • Submission period: Open for two months.
  • Final deadline: January 1st
  • Final selections announced: 2–3 weeks after the submission deadline.


Performance Expectations

  • All performers are expected to remain for the full duration of the show.
  • The lineup order will be determined by the production team based on logistical needs.


Prizes

Live performances will be evaluated by three professional judges, who will determine the winners:

  • First Place: $1,000
  • Second Place: $750
  • Third Place: $500
  • All other acts will receive $100 as a thank-you on the night of the performance.
